Our team can only function with parent involvement and we appreciate all of your help! To minimize last-minute changes to volunteer assignments, we reserve the right to close sign-ups for each meet at noon three days prior to the meet.

If you need to make a change to your assignment after we close sign-ups please contact the volunteer coordinator and they will assist you in finding a replacement. We prefer that any changes to volunteer coverage be made at least a week prior to the assignment date.

• Remember, every family must submit a personal check for $300 to the club to be held as a deposit for Volunteer Shifts. 

1 swimmer = 7 shifts               2 or more = 8 shifts

• If you choose not to volunteer, or are unable to cover your volunteer shifts, the check will be deposited to pay for coverage. Checks will be shredded at the end of the season for all families who complete their shifts.
