Sammy Sawinski:

My name is Coach Sammy and I will be a senior in the nursing program at Auburn University. I have been involved in competitive swimming for most of my life starting when I was 4. I grew up swimming for the Green Mountain Gators each summer and continued swimming during the winter throughout most of my childhood. I also swam for Lakewood High School, where I continued developing my technique and love for the sport. My favorite stroke throughout the years has always been breaststroke. In addition to competing, I have taught swim lessons for many years, helping swimmers of all ages improve their skills, build confidence, and develop a love for the water. Swimming has taught me so much and I am excited to bring that experience and energy to the team this summer.

Addie Volz:

Hi!! My name is Addie Volz and I am super excited to spend the summer with the team! I have swam for Bear Creek Swim and Tennis since 8th grade, with a short period of swimming for FST. I also was a four year varsity swimmer in high school, with the privilege of making All-American my senior year. Outside of swim, I have been playing soccer since I was three. I love trying new foods, going to new places, and making new friends. This fall I will be attending Creighton University on the pre-dental track!
