Hello All-

Thanks for an awesome meet and we missed those of you that were out of town.

This next week is the culmination of our season.  This year there is a Silver and Gold Meet and there are some special rules for which meet each swimmer can swim in- the rules are a little complex so I have tried to make the decision easier for all swimmer.

Here is the summary:

1.  All 13 and up swimmers swim in the Gold Meet

2.  All 6-Under swimmers swim in the Silver meet

3.  There are a few swimmers that will have the choice because they have times for both.  This document  will identify those swimmers as well as help you decide which meet to swim.

4.  I will need some Silver swimmers for the relays at the Gold meet and some Gold swimmers for the free relay at the silver meet.  I am trying my best to involve as many swimmers as I can in the relays at these meets.  The awards for the meets are a little nicer :). This document will tell you which relays I will need you to swim in.

5.  I have attached in the info for each meet.  The SIlver meet is at bear creek friday morning and the Gold meet is at governors ranch on Saturday morning.

6. The gold long events (200/400 freestyles) will swim at the Silver meet Friday morning.

7.  We are going to try and win the spirit award for the meets!  These awards are really special and I think with a little help from the swimmers and parents we can win.  We are going with the Camoflouge theme for both meets.  We will want all parents and swimmers to dress in Camo and we will try to decorate around our tent.etc.  We will be cheering and being awesome buddies and bring home the spirit prize!  If you have any ideas for this theme, ideas for more spirit, etc. please let me know!

8. Practice this week will be our last.  

I would like all swimmers to wear a tshirt to practice everyday for drag.  You can cut off the sleeves on the shirt- 

We will have extra shirts at practice for those who forget- but they may not be a good size :) 

Please try to attend as many practices as you can this week to help us finish strong!

9.  We will have the make-up movie night Monday July 15- keep your eye out for an email regarding this fun night-

10. Our team party is coming up July 17 in the morning at 8am- save the date!
