Parents and Swimmers-

Awesome meet Tuesday morning! It was so nice having a meet with just "us" at our pool.

The female swimmer of the meet was Emma Cook. Emma dropped 12 seconds in her 25 backstroke to win the entire event in the meet. She comes to practice and works hard and it is starting to really pay off!

The male swimmer of the meet was Bennett Cordova. Bennett shows up to practice on time everyday and works so hard to improve. His strokes are amazing and he is so coachable! He is improving more and more each week ... So proud of you Bennett!

I have attached an athlete report card for all swimmers so they can see how much they have improved thus far in the season. Its awesome seeing the times drop and the strokes improve and we are just half way through the season.

A reminder we will have practice tomorrow for all swimmers not in the Friday KCI session.
